I alerady tried
SST49LF040 and
SST49LF040B with no chance:
It can read the chip but not to erase it or program it (it shows programming errors)

I found a solution:
I have
modded the
.exe with
ollydbg to force the
erase &
programming selecting
PMC PM49FL004 as the target chip
