Hi Ezo,
Can the Willem v4.1 support programming this chip?

Will the 0.98D12 or latest software recognize the MX25L6406E and work with the v4.1 Willem?

Can you tell me what SPI pin #'s connect to each of the chip pin #'s ..?
...and what, if any, jumpers or switch settings need setting?

Thanks.

Here are different versions of v4.1 . generally yes. SPI 25Cxxx socket, 3.3V support

Serial chips support 0.98d12. Parallel flash memory and EPROMs apply 0.97d12

8 pin chips are located 1:1 , apply soic8-dip8 adapter
jumpers - only 3.3V selection for target chip important .
Check voltage in Test H/W mode, activate 32-Vcc and measure pin 8 of 25Cxx socket

Thank you VERY much for your reply.

I figured this was the info, but needed to verify with you.

Your forum and all your work is very much appreciated.

Is Dennis still 'with us' or has he also passed, as Willem has?

I'm glad you're still here. 8)

Good-night.

Oh..I forgot...one more question.

Is there a photo of the Willem v4.1 silk-screen showing all the writing on-top of the Willem v4.1 programmer.
The board doesn't have all sections properly labeled, and some are unreadable.

I have the one with the relay mod, added on it.
