hello i maked this adapter TSOP-48_D3 , my problem is i don't have 6.8k rpack , 10K rpack is ok ?

You can use nominal 4.7k , 6k8 or 10k.
You can use 8 resistor pack, marked pin move to second pin.

Depends what you have - 8 resistor (9pin) or 9 resistor (10pin) pack . Latest in component list, both are valid.

Then skip first R pack hole on adapter. Marked Rpack pin place in next one.

Jumper H (A22) only for 128Mb chips in TSOP56 package.

ok , For tsop48 29LV651UE need to remove the H Jumper ? olways ON or olways OFF ?

Jumper not mentioned in chip test line, in tsop48d3 settings for 29LV651 - means jumper H off, not installed. Particularry for your chips - no matter JpH on or off.
