Hi
In the chip_test file I found that some columns in front of the SPI chips are only filled with the dots what does this means.

I understand but these are under the jumpers column. does it mean all jumpers are OFF?.

Yes. All jumpers off for SPI flash chips. (except specific Jp6 on ezoflash4v5)
Voltage jumpers Jp1, Jp2, Jp3 removed - target chip voltage 2.9V, programmer logic IC voltage 3.5V.
