Willem problem V50B programing chip w39V080fapz

Hi Ezo i have problem with willem V50B programing chip w39V080fapz still get the same error in buffers Error at 0x000000 Chip = 0xFF buffer = 0x47 is identified as W49V080FA FWH
but still can not seem to program.
PLCC32 Adapter Firmware Hub / lpc
VPP = 12.75 in
VCC = 5V
