Willem 5.0E and 2732 eprom

I have willem pcb5.0B programmator, and there are some poor behavior on programming old eprom like 2732, 2764. The main problem there is bad dc-dc voltage converter realization, and as result is not enough dc for eprom burning with 21, 25 volt. As i can see from pcb5.0E version info, there is some improvement in dc-dc converter. My question is - could somebody tell me about how good pcb5.0E version for 2732 eprom burning ?

New radial choke implemented on pcb5.0e. You can find same inductor on some other programmer versions. Most important things - external power , inductor and transistors
