How to programW25Q80BV with Willem PCB5.0B?

I know I need to to do it ith the icsp port, set the 3V6 jumper open.
I have try with no success:
1vpp >>> 1cs
but I know that the signal must up and down for unlocking read and write (do I need a capacitor or a switch ?)
2vcc >>> 8vcc
3gnd >>> 4gnd
4rb7 >>> 5dataio and maybe 2dataio ?
5rb6 >>> 6clock

I have my paralell port in EPP mode, USB plugged
I have successfully Test H/W.
I have check Vcc-32 in Configs
I have open the jumper to have 3V6
I have place the W25Q80BVSSIG in the 25Cxxx socket
I am unable to read it ether with:
-SPI FLASH 25xxx > Winbond > W25Q80Bx
-SPI FLASH 25xxx > Autoselect
-SPI --25xxx/95xxx > 25Cxxx > 25x080 (16)
-SPI --25xxx/95xxx > 25Cxxx > 25x080 (32)
I only have FF...
Do you have an idea

thanks for answer me, I have wait sometime to found others W25Q80B for testing.

The software is 98D12c3,
get ID give only 00 for the 4 items,
and autoselect chip reply the same answer.
