Can't read write serial eproms with Willem 3.1

Hi everybody!

I hope somebody can give me some advice.

I have a Willem 3.1 programmer witch I have used years ago to program 27cxxx and 27sfxxx eproms. Now I need to program 95040 but I can only read and write ff ok, If I write a random 512K .bin file it programs but I got read and verify errors and the buffer reads totally different than the programmed file.

With 24Cxx eproms I got ACK read and write notifications so I can't program them either.

I have tried to measure VCC and that is 4.9V, Only serial pin 2 on the 25Cxx socket measures
0.6V when i do the hardware check, is this a normal voltage (d0 on the zif socket is 4.9V)?

Data is 4.6V and clock measures around 4.9V on the 24Cxx socket

A9 was 1.8v, I did the hardware modification from 2k2 to 10k and now A9 is 3.59V but I think it has nothing to do with the serial section.

Any help or suggestions are apriciated!

Problem solved!!! With software Version 98D12c3 everything works ok now!!
