satellite receiver programing problem

Hi everyone in the forum, i have a problem with my SATELLITE receiver flash memory, it just crash during firmware upgrade. i have a good flash dump from my friend, but the problem is when write the flash dump on my receiver it fail to boot as normal after all. i need your help, how can i tackle this problem with programmer?
receiver info:
processor type:CX 24303-13AZ
Flash memory type: EN29LV160BT

hi , the flash chip is programmed ok ? only no boot the reciver?
possibel the eeprom area is demaged .... not only flash area ..
reciver model ?
