SST49LF004B problem

I have a problem with SSt49LF004B. i've build EZoFlash+ 4v4 programmer and PLCC-32_B2 adapter. When i try to read the chip i don't get the correct ID.
I found this advice in other post:
"Activate 32-Vcc and measure ~3.7V on pins 25,29,32
Check voltage changes 3.7/0 on pin 31 (32-Vcc on/off).
32-Vcc off, 1-Vpp on. Measure ~3.7V on pins 25,29,32
Check one by one signals D0..D7, A0..A10, OE, WE(CE) on/off. Measure on related pin +3.7/0V (use schematic and PLCC32 layout)"
I have checked the programmer and adapter in Test H/W mode. All signals are ok except 3.7/0 on pin 31 (32-VCC on/off ). The only way to make that signal to go 3.7/0 (32VCC 0n/0f ) is to deconect R3 from adapter. Hope i'll get an answer and pls excuse my bad english.

I replaced Q1,Q2 in adapter wit BC107 ( BC547 where ok don't know why it didn't work ) . Now i have 3.7/0 on pin 31 when 32-VCC on/off but i get the same error.

What is full chip name , read all from chip ? Latest revision B...-CA , and next type SST49LF004C don't support parallel programming mode.
BC107 can be used instead of BC547, check pinout only.
Valid ID reply for SST chip is important before start further actions.

Chip serial 49LF004B 33-4C-NH-0542167-C. I also found another computer motherboard with the same chip. Serial is 49LF004B 33-4C-NH-0532167-C

any help ? do you know another way to program this chip or other adapter/programmer (willem ?).

i have the same problem on id/reading/erase/programming lpc/fwh chips using the lpc/fwh adpator.

successful in programming 39sf040 using plcc-32a adaptor.

voltage reading as follows;

jp1, jp3, jp5 = 5.00v
jp2, jp3, jp5 = 4.27v
jp2, jp5 = 3.60v
jp3, jp5 = 3.59v
jp5 = 2.96v
jp1, jp3, jp4 = 12.34v

using 10k instead of 9.1k

jp2, jp3, jp4 lpc/fwh voltages ;

vpp = 12.29v
vcc = 4.26v
vdd = 3.76v

also tried to remove the caps, adjust the r/c delay still not working.

what could be the problem? pls help

problem solved.
I verified once again ( with ezoflash_testhw.pdf printed on paper) and found 14-D1 wit 4,6V instead of 5V. The problem was a bad solder. Thank u again Ezo for ur support.

I have the same chip SST 49LF004B 33-4C-NH.
I look for the device in the chip database how to write it and found this: in row 555 is "SST49LF004A", but in comment is "C2 removed" visible and I don't know, what that means. I saw the datasheet, so this chip is LPC, but 49Lf004A is FWH. What to do?

equal capacitor existence problem appears on willem programmers with old generic fwh/lpc external adapter

place chip in FWH/LPC socket , check valid ID reply , erase and program chip

I saw the datasheet, so this chip is LPC, but 49Lf004A is FWH.

Chip algorythm in willem SW is the same
