Problem programming AM29LV800B

I have a Sivava Willem Prog pcb-50b, and tsop-48 adapter.

I am using generic 29LV800 device setting, 3,6v , power source external 12v and when i trie to erase , it erases only at 49%, then i cancel, then i flash the device, it guives error on finishing, but it gave ok in verification (compare funcion). The 3trh problem is that i make a external compare with a hex editor and guive some diferences between the flashed content and the bin file.

Note: i am trying to flash a bin content from a EN29LV800BB (EON) from a Sony Vaio BIOS.

Check valid get ID reply at first.
Erase never goes to 100% , usually 10..40% for 29LVx00 chips.
Check erase result with Blank Check.

I get Valid ID, but error on blank check.

Set Vpp=12.7 and activate in SW option Temporay sector unprotect

Thanks for help everbody. I have sucessed to erase and progamming the AM29LV800BB and EN29LV800BB with sucess after using 3.3V and 12V VPP with a valid CHIP ID.
