Right setting for AT27C080

I have a WILLEM PCB3B and I want to program two types of AT27C080 :



I want to make sure that these setting are correct :


JP1 and JP2 --> Normal

VPP Jumper --> Normal 12.5V
VCC Jumper --> 5V

************************************


A19 Jumper --> 27C080 (8Mbit)

************************************


Device --> AT27C080 (pro 50uS)

************************************


Software --> 0.97ja
Board --> PCB3
Skip Write 0xFF box --> Checked
DIP Switch --> As showed in the picture

Read chip, blank check Vcc=5, program Vcc=5.6
In case of error , try overwrite, try with Vcc=6.2 or selected 27C080

I want to build an EPROM Eraser. Do you think large super bright white LED embeded in a box can erase it?

No. Special UV lamp required.

Note, lamp is dangerous for eyes !
