I am trying to program this chip Winbond W25X080, but at the end of programming I am getting this error

Error at 0x000010 Chip=0xFF buffer=0x5A

Also this error message sometimes



Also I have tried with another chip , same problem.

I see you have chip problem since summer.
In russian topic viewtopic.php?f=4&t=5697
we found nonrecoverable fully protected chip (sectors and status register).
Extended utility spi_id_winbond2 return status 0xFC 0x03.
I was confused in some info and chip types reported by lordmegamax, discuss now closed.
In your topic viewtopic.php?f=11&t=5700 I didn't find correct utility reply (ID result after commands).
Can you provide reply both winbond utilities spi_id_winbond, spi_id_winbond2 now ?
