SST27SF512 and SST27SF256 SOLUTION and PROBLEMS . . .

Hello, i have two willems, one of them is old version, homemade by a friend some years ago, and i have another one more new, chinese manufactured, here pictures:

Well, i only get erase and program the SST27SF512 and SST27SF256 with Old Willem, using .97ja version, LPT ECP+EPP, an external power supply that reach 17V, maximum. To do that , after read some posts, i get erase for:

-SST27SF256 instaling a jumper between PIN1 ZIF with PIN 26 ZIF ( on chip= VPP conected to A9 when jumper is ON)
-SST27SF512 installing a jumper between PIN 24 ZIF with PIN 26 ZIF, ( on chip= VPP/OE conected to A9 when jumper is ON)

The way to make erase was:

0. CONFIGURE JUMPERS TO GET 14V
1. EPROM ELECTRICAL ERASE/ WINDBOND 27E/27C / W27x512 or 256 (Vpe 14V)
2. SET DIPSETTINGS
3. CLICK ERASE
4. WINDOW APPEAR:
"SETTING JUMPER FOR ERASE W27Exxx"
5. BEFORE CLICK OK ON THAT WINDOW, SET JUMPER ON:
JUMPER ON for "PIN 1 ZIF with PIN 26 ZIF" (for SST27SF256)
JUMPER ON for "PIN1 24 ZIF with PIN 26 ZIF" (for SST27SF512)
6. PRESS OK ON THE EALIER WINDOW:
"SETTING JUMPER FOR ERASE W27Exxx"
7. ERASE PROGRESS BEGINS, WHEN REACH 100% A NEW WINDOW TELL:
"Move Jumper for erase W27Exxx ans Setting Vpp to 12.75V"
8. MOVE THE VPP WILLEM 14V JUMPER TO 12V
9. CLICK OK TO THE WINDOW
10. IN STATUS WE WILL SEE:
"Device Erase OK"
11. GO TO EPROM ELECTRICAL ERASE/ SST27SFxxx / SST27SF512 or 256 (Vpe 12V) TO PROGRAM

Well, after some OK erases and OK burns on that chips my Old Willem DIED!, yes, now even if i conect the Willem to LPT i cant see the green light ON in the programmer, i need some help to try recover it, problem happen after 097-ja hanged, is weird. I need help what steps i have to do to try recover it. Thanks.

OK, now, the chinese willem, much new, can use USB to allow 14V, then the external power is not needed, i tried the new JUMPER erase method for new Willem soft versions, but i couldnt get this work, happen to me like other people said, that when i erase the status bar goes for example to 15% and again to 0%, this could happen 9 times or 12 times for example, after then message "Device Erase False" appear, also i installed same jumpers setting like i built for old Willem, but no good results, same all time, should be a way to allow program the SST eproms on this new Willem!, i ask help from here if anyone could help me!
I ordered an adapter that i dont know if will work on the chinese willem with SST´s:

I´ll hope someone can help me or give me some guideance to make more tests to the chinese willem or for repair the oldest one, problem is not PC, i´m running XP SP2 . . .
