Only tsop56a1.
Yes, you can read and write, but only in 16Mb blocks. Cut lines on adapter and manage 2 highest adress as described in adapter doc's.

with software 0.98d8 and tsop56b1 is possible read and program?

We started with Gitti implement devices with tsop56 adapter in 16 bit mode. Unfortunately tests failed (0.97jc4) and he quit from project. No progress more.
Chips 28F640J3/J5 remained in parallel developed SW0.98d2 (and next), group Flash 16bit > Intel 28Fx00 . Not sure chips are supported on modified (pcb45c) ezoflash4 and 0.98dx , here nobody was able to test (no tsop56 adapters for Willem).
Find adapter tsop56b1 tests and results in chip_test file.
