Why do you copy/paste information without references ? Provided info not your proprietary, no improvements. Have you created sample and results with SW ?
My comments:
- This is design by misyachniy, web link available here .
- Design created by author only on one customer demand early in 2008
- Author is having good experience in ARM controllers, but not intended to develop programmer.
Take all as it is. We have a lot of USB programmer schematic ideas , drivers and software developing still problematic.

I am working alone here out of forum , programmers are hobby out my daily business and family . If here is no interesents and real workers in software part, I stop.
Note, I am ready for hardware support on different chips - AT90USB1287/Atmega128+FT232RL (ezoflash6), PIC18F4550 , AT91SAM7S256, ready for tests and HW/SW improvements
Start from beginning with USB drivers, chips software and programmer soft - not ready.
