I want to disable PM29F002T top boot block lockout. but this does not work.
- enter - "u". but loop.
I used willem 3b clone. need high voltage to A9?

Also, about Utility PM29F002T.exe
Can I use in EZoFlash+4v4 this software? or Can I use in EZoFlash4v5 this software? or willem programmer?(version??)

No. Here is simply SW command.

It should work on any pcb3b compatible hardware, Vcc =5V
EZoFlash4v5 use with jumpers Jp97.

Generally looks ok, correct ID and status returned.
Place utility in same 0.97ja directory .
Is the utility downloaded from link in Home section ?
I have to recheck issue, utility is very old project.
Try search experience in forum PM29F002T, unfortunately most in russian.
Try read/write/erase with old SW 0.97g, 0.94 (ID not supported, blank check may fail - use read/buffer check after erase, otherwise ok). Select 29F002 .

YES.

I tried SW 0.97g, 0.94. after erase, read buffer result is not all 0xff, and it could not even write 1 byte from 0x00000 by verify error.
