help need for dc to dc converter

hi all
i need help for dc to dc converter
i need schematic for dc to dc converter with support this volt
for vcc : 1.2v , 1.8v , 3.6v , 5v , 5.5v , 6.2v , 7v
for vpp: 3.6V, 5v , 12V, 12.7V, 15V, 21V, 25V
i need make this volt with 5v usb power input
and use MC34063A

Apply generic MC34063 schematic and change/adjust resistors from pin5 to output and ground according your needs.

you know i use how resistor for this volt
for vcc : 1.2v , 1.8v , 3.6v , 5v , 5.5v , 6.2v , 7v
for vpp: 3.6V, 5v , 12V, 12.7V, 15V, 21V, 25V
5v is from +5v usb
and i have resistor this volt
15v = 15k
21v = 4k7
25v = 3k3
but i do not have other volt resistor
please give me resistor use for other volt is how much ?
