Ezoflash 4.5 and Atmel Attiny2313 Tiny 25

Hello Mr. Ezo

I am Harry from Germany and i have made a Ezoflash 4.5 Progammer.
I have no Problem when I program a PIC, but when I program and verifying a ATTiny 2313 or a Tiny 25 (that was what i have) ,there is at adress 0x000010 a wrong Value init. When I read the Attiny2313 AFTER Program and then i verfying, is all correct. So i have testet many Attiny2313, but it is all the same.
I have testet with TestH/W and it´s all correct , I have testet another program for Attiny2313 and I have checkt the Bios.
My Software is 98d12c3 on Windows XP
Is there a Bug in the Software?

Seems it is software bug. Look in my chip test file, chip not pass test with error at 0x00B0.
Please mail me your source file and configuration settings applied from Willem software. I will recheck why we have problems on different adress.
Can be problem related to CFG, fuse settings ? Your file is for 2323 where settings can be different for Tiny 25 ? Sorry, I do not have an experience with Tiny chips.
Do you have datasheet or link to chip ATtiny2323, not listed in my chip database ?
