Intel 28F series FlashFile Memory

Hi there, New guy on the forums.

I have been reading many different datasheets and cannot find a 'definite' answer. Are 28F series (DT28F160 in particular) Electrically erasable and reprogrammable or are they OTP?

I have a project for a 2Mbit eeprom in this package and I need to know before I buy.

Yes, chips 28Fxxx are electrically erasable and reprogrammable flash memory .
Note , chips DT28F160 in SSOP56 package are historical , hard to find and expensive.

Excellent, thank you for the reply.
I did manage to find some on eBay. I just needed a flash chip that is not DIP or TSOP. DIP is too large for my enclosure and TSOP I cannot do by hand.
