i will make tsop48d3 your new schematic have a22 address for tsop56
i will just make for tsop48
this old schematic is working or i must make pcb with new schematic

please give me jumper setting for this 2 device
1: sst39vf1601 for this i must set just jumper B

All options are available here, you can read chip_test file also.
Jumper C is required for 64Mb chips only (pin 9 A21), JpF on/off turns pin 9/A21 log0/1

but in your pdf file is this Vcc=3.3V, Vpp=3.3V. Jumpers Jp2 (+3.6V), Jp5 (A18), JpAA (pin9-A21,pin15-A19)

Common jumper selection:
A - pin15 A19, B - pin9 A19, C - pin9 A21, D - pin13 A21, E - pin13 Vpp=Vcc,
F - A21 log0 (F-off A21 log1), H - A22 log0 (H-off A22 log1)
