Ezo v4.5 read, but cant write

resently I built my programmer EzoFlash+4.5 , I'm using 098d12c3(get same problem with older versions). Programmer passes hardware test without a problem - all signals and levels look to be ok. And here is the problem: I tried to write two parallel and two serial memories, but every time i get an error when verifying. I'm almost sure that programmer reads the chips without errors, but when I try to program - nothing changes in the chip, when I read it after programing I get absolutely the same as before programming. EON25F80 - this is one of the chips, I get ID and read it, cant write.
Where the problem may be?

What is status line in get ID reply ?
Chip should be erased before write.

I havent felt so stupid soon. I used to program 24C04 with Ponyprog, where is no need to blank the chip first...
Everything is ok now. Thanks a lot
