Ezo V4.5 problem...

hi my ezo not work with tsop-48_B2 i need to write 29F400 . all signals verified and i have problem . on picture check_voltage2 on jp4 i have 11.58V , on 78L12 i have 12.37V , on ICSP-SER pin 1 - 11.81V .
on hw test - pin Vpp/RST - 1-VPP on ,VCC-32 on -11.58 V
1-VPP off , VCC-32 on 4.07 V
possible this is the problem ?

my problem sloved .. short circuit on adapter . now id is detected .
chip read ok
chip erase ok
chip write fail
Error at 0x000000 Chip = 0xC5 buffer = 0x02
what is wrong ?
my adapter is Tsop-48_B2

Run blank check after erase.
Possible sector protection. Activate SW option Temporary Sector Unprotect . It activates Vpp on pin RST. No jumper changes , adapter without jumpers.

VCC-32 on 4.07 V

What Vcc voltage in Test H/W with Jp1, Jp3 selected ? Expect 5.0

yes with jp1 jp3 i have 4.07 on vpp/rst

after erase , blank test ok .. device is empty

after write erroe need to unplug the lpt cabel and power supply to get id again ..
possible IC6 4021 demaged?

Please recheck voltage . Jumpers Jp1, Jp3. Test H/W .
Measure voltage 7805 output. 32-Vcc on, measure ICSP/pin2 .
4021 and programmer output test following:
Programmer without adapter. Jumpers Jp98. SW 0.98d12c3, select device 29F040.
Read and go in SW section Buffer. Confirm content 04 06... in adress area 0x000...0xFFF, content 14 16... in adress area 0x100 ... 0x1FF

after write erroe need to unplug the lpt cabel and power supply to get id again ..

strange ?!
What error messsage ? What LEDs on before and after error ?
Looks some problem in programmer hardware. Please recheck programmer in Test H/W , all signals one by one on/off and measure voltage according to guide from zip package you have.

JP3 - with lpt pluged in - 0.40V
wthout lpt -3.58V
7805 output - 5.05v
ICSP pin 2 with VCC-32 - 5.03v ( with jp1 and jp3 applied )
4.36 (only with jp1)
3.62 (only with jp3)
3.00 ( without jp1 and jp3 )
4021 test , device selected 29F040
after read device without adapter - 04 06 fom offset $000000 to $0000F0
- 14 36 from offset $000100 to 0001F0
after that result i pluged off and on the power supply - 24 26 fom offset $000000 to $0000F0
- 34 36 from offset $000100 to 0001F0
after that result i restart my pc , and the ezo same result
- 24 26 fom offset $000000 to $0000F0
- 34 36 from offset $000100 to 0001F0
what is wrong .....?

Please check datalines tracks on programmer , attention from DB-25M to chips 74HC244 and 4503. Be sure no shorts here.
Check datalines between 74HC244 output, 4021 and Bus.
Go Test H/W and check programmer signals !
Clean flux from programmer solderings side.

empty read usually 04 06 and 14 16 find in buffer up to adress 0xFFFF, combination 24 26 and 34 36 find from 0x10000. Early combination means - somewhere shorts. Looks your PC detect LPT pins short - which status reset after replug or PC restart.
