I have this bios chip, how to program it with EzoFlash 4v5 ?
I don't have 25Cxxx socket for SPI chips, Can I solder the wires directly on the chip and the Ezoflash ?

I recomend to use serial adapter ser_a1.
You can try with short wires soldered to ICSP connector from bottom.
Find ser_a1 schematic in adapters section (serial package)
8,7,3 - ICSP/2 Vcc, 4 - ICSP/3 GND, 1- ICSP/8 CS#,
2 - ICSP/6 DOUT, 5 - ICSP/7 DATA, 6 - ICSP/5 CLK.
Jumpers Jp1..Jp3 removed - Vcc=2.9V
