Ezoflash 4v5 problem

I made a programmer ver.4v5. Turn the controller on the LPT port lights up my red light but not full light. When I turn on the power LED flashes at full intensity. I do not know if this is OK.

OK. Programmer without power supply is getting voltage from parallel port logic levels high.
