Highest density chips 28F320J3 and 28F640J3 are supported with latest SW versions 0.97d12c3 (ezoflash4v4) and 0.98d12c3 (ezoflash4v5).
Remove jumpers Jp10 and Jp9 at all. Restore lines to adapter connector BU7 pins 35 and 36.
Select device Flash 8/16bit (byte) > Intel > 28F320J3 (or 28F640J3).
Disable SW option: 28FxxxJ3 (Write to Buffer)!
Expect get ID response 0x89 Intel 0x89. Read, Erase, Blank check, Load file and Program.
Valid ID response can be verified with selected device LH28F160-B.

128Mb chip 28F128J3 can be programmed in 2 blocks.
Jumper Jp11 (A23) allow manage highest adress manually.
Source file split in 64Mb parts. Load 64Mb block, erase, blank check, program, verify on each block:
0-64Mb Jp11 on (A23-low). 64-128Mb Jp11 off (A23-high)
